STP Shipyard Palma holds traditional captains dinner to kick off refit season

Last Thursday, STP Shipyard Palma in collaboration with Evolution Yacht Agents held an exclusive dinner for captains to kick off the refit season together with customers and friends.

STP and Evolution played host to captains of various nationalities who come to STP every winter for refit and repair works at the end of the summer season. STPs sales, reception and production team enjoyed a laid back time with all the captains, who outside the yard are now classed as friends.

The event took place at the Cuit Restaurant on the eighth floor of the Hotel Nakar, which boasts one of the most stunning views of Palma. In an evening enlivened by a set from the hotel's resident DJ, guests savoured a dinner created by the famous Mallorcan TV chef Miquel Calent, who also leads the creative teams at the Cuit and Can Calent (Campos) restaurants.

The event was the perfect chance to strengthen bonds with captains who year after year come to STP for refit and repair works after an intense Mediterranean summer or for fine tuning before crossing to the Caribbean for the winter season.
